berlynn1975 I don't live in NY or NYC. But, I have heard that they do have the cleanest tap water because of its source, the Adirondack Mountains. Hope you get a more informed response.

berlynn1975 I think doing what I can to stay true to my values, and keep my family and friends happy and do what I can to keep my family safe and healthy. That's a daily thing that just needs to be done. Doing that, to me, feels like a great daily accomplishment.

berlynn1975 Hi, I had joined Weight Watchers in the summer time. They seem to have plans that really work, IF you follow them. I also believe they have a plan for nursing Moms. I too nursed, and it didn't seem (in itself) to help me lose weight (as is a common "myth")....

berlynn1975 I agree that you should say something. Of course, the parents will not want to hear it. But, early intervention is the key to success. In the long run, if there is indeed a problem, they'll be happy to able to work on it.
