Clark from smallville WINS hands down. The young man they chose to play Superman in the movie is a great look a like for Christopher Reeves. The Clark on Smallville delivers the heart and body of Superman to the screen.

big_shane I think Tom Welling would have been a better fit. Plus he had a relationship with Christopher Reeve, which might have have been helpful. Reeve and Welling had some memorable scenes together on Smallville.

big_shane I agree that she doesn't look as good as she used to. Perhaps its just that she has grown up. I think she has changed more than any of the other actors since the show began.

big_shane It is almost impossible to gain muscle fast without putting on fat.....especially without any supplements. The absolute quickest way is to eat tons of food and take steroids. I don't recommend doing that, however. If you are going to be completely natural you...

big_shane If you wanna gain muscle and strength you gotta have protein. If I had to choose one supplement other than a multi, it would be protein. All the fancy supplements in the world will not do you any good if you are not getting the calories and protein.
