Making more friends here, Learning more english

Although have learned English more than 10+ years, even longer than this, I still feel frustrate all the time. Can't communicate with native English speaker , can't speak English quickly and long, can't feel comfortable in English...

binniey it's deeply to tell the choice from my heart due to my neglection of the girl's gentleness, leaving me in the lonely city. years latter, no girl running in my mind, I choose reading and working as all my life, causing my unbelieving of this feeling....
