bluespygirl I am not feeling well since yesterday due to hyperacidity and fever. I can't eat much because I throw up. When I ate fries and chocolate, I felt good and slept well.

bluespygirl I don't use it that often though stanley. I still believe in the long process of cooking but lets face it, its a big help and economical. Microwave cooking isn't healthy either ut many still use it.

bluespygirl I know they are not healthy. Too much of anything is bad too. It is just that I felt good after eating those in times that I am very sick and can't eat any "real" food.

bluespygirl THank you for your concern friend. I just use this whenever I am in a hurry which we can't say when. I had red that instant noodles are coated with wax and am concerned too with the preservatives of instant foods.
