theprogamer I try my best to do so. Eating fairly well. Taking my vitamins and minerals. Doing exercise and physical activities. Turning and making other parts of life more physical (taking the stairs instead of elevators for example).

adidas7878 i try to take care of my body whenever is possible i eat healthy food but also there is time i eat not so healthy, so there is time i try to eat healthy instead of all the junk food. i try work out alittle each day not alot to keep my self better shape

terri0824 Glad your back Bonnie. My Lot has became a part of my daily routine since joining little over a month ago. I will be on vacation the last part of this month and the first of next month, so I know I will miss being here during those two weeks.
