Can't sleep

I have problems..sometimes I sleep for days on end and then i spend days awake. What can I do? Any suggestions on how I can sleep normally again???

brtfeer you should try to make a program and try to sleep at last 8 hours a day and if you can`t make that you should visit your doctor

I use a shaving razor only as I am afraid to use use a shaving machine because it might cause cuts in the skin. But I remember my father using a machine. I am yet to try.

brtfeer Machines ar not as much efficient as razors. When you use a machine remeins shadovs on your face, it is true that with razors you may cut your self but when you user a good razor and you are carefully it dosen`t happen.

brtfeer if it sais that contains mature content then there is a word that you have written who belong to adult category.If you are mature you shold go to your preferences and allow mature content then it sholud be approved.

brtfeer I have heard about that from the old people but i think that is not true. Maybe it is something but not something like sweet or sout maybe something about some substances wich is diferent from people to people but again i dont think is ture.
