bziebarth Abby, Helium's terms of service state that they realize that you may post a piece under the same subject, on other sites. They do want unique content, or unique enough that search engines see it as unique (i.e. use synonyms, rewrite the sentences, etc.

bziebarth I keep my cell phone on at all times but only because I also use it for an alarm clock. At night, I turn all other notifications on my phone off. That way it will wake me up on time but does not disturb my sleep.
