What are you state laws. Viriginia just enacted a law that kids had to stay in a booster seat regardless of size until the age of 8. That seems a little excessive to me considering our neighboring state Maryland and West Virginia...

castleghost The name of the booster seat she bought is Britax “Husky”. She bought it a couple of years ago and at the time it cost around two hundred dollars. She isn't sure what the weight and height limits were. I hope that you find this useful.
