olaff123 It is illegal to talk on a cellphone and drive in Namibia. The traffic dept fines you on the spot when they catch you doing it. It is a good thing, as it diverts a lot of attention from the road.

Shaunee I agree I think that cell phones should be banned while driving I mean I have sen plenty of times when drivers are not paying attention to what they are going because of talking on their cell phone.
