celestialgirl i love to sleep in a cold surrounding. especially when its raining or if there is a storm raging. the cold makes it more comfortable to doze off in dreamland and its very nice to huddle underneath the comforter with lots of fluffy pillows.

celestialgirl you can also substitute your smoking habit so instead of smoking try eating a chewing gum or something else that will keep you from smoking.
