I have seen this differs from person to person. some can't sleep without night lamp. some sleep in complete darkness. how you sleep? I can't sleep without the night lamp. that too not without that brighter yellow shade. But...

Do you sleep with noise?

I for one, cannot sleep unless there is some kind of noise. I have to have a t.v. on or a radio... a movie playing over and over... I have to have some kind of noise. When I try to sleep in silence, I start hearing "weird" noises...

chad_pounall I can fall aleep in low noise but most times i prefer to sleep in absolute quiteness
