chadd_atl I've found that at times, I am able to retain things better if I write them down. I try to remember verses from the Bible, too, so I bought a small blank book and wrote down specific scriptures that spoke to me and it was much easier to remember them....

chadd_atl I can understand that. I know a number of people who are in class lectures or in board room presentations who really regret not having asked certain questions once it was over. Take a risk! You have nothing to lose.

chadd_atl There's a great book by Joyce Meyer called "The Root of Rejection" that you might enjoy. I've had several friends who have read it and they said it was life-changing for that aspect of their personality. Thanks for your response!
