Jotomy I just relax closing my eyes and sit calm like doing meditation, it will help a lot, if you want to avoid stress it is better to meditation early in the morning you will be active and no tension feeling whole the day.

Jotomy Mylot is the best site among all sites, since 5 years I am observing this, they stopped payments in between for 2 years I think then again now it is active and they are paying, I feel happy they came back it is for us i believe anyway happy mylotting.
