how can drinking of water can make you lose some weight? how true is this? can you enlighten me on this? if this is true will it help me lose weight if i drink gallons and gallons of water?

check12 It can be a benefit only if you replace your normal drinks with water, which is a very good idea. However drinking gallons of water could lead to water intoxication and is potentially fatal. There is no easy way to lose weight, it required hard work.

check12 It works as long as you follow the plan. you must have it 2 meals a day and 1 actual meal that consists of actual food not fast food. People fail on diets because they are not disciplined. Excercise is good for cardiovascular system but you won't shed weight...

check12 Aside from personal preference, the thing to do is shop based on unit price, the price usually with an orange background. Lowest unit price = most product per dollar when comparing similar items from different manufacturers in the grocery store.
