chin76 i haven't tried yet, but i know its good for health to reduce the usage of salt. hopefully i will reduce the usage soon.

chin76 Most probably i dont skip. but in some busy days at office my lunch delays. Usually i take lunch at around 1.00 pm but in busy days (for 2/3 days per/week) it will be 3 or 3.30 pm. Then i have to suffer with severe headache.

chin76 oh.. then no one is to lookafter the community. if all the people respect to the law, there is no need of police or army. but i cant imagine such a world.
