chriswolf IN my opinion, it is best to stop working at least one hour before sleeping. Also I don't think a cup of coca would help sleep, like wise, it may make me excited. Maybe we should have some good habits. hah~ Thanks.

chriswolf Then you'd better choose the second option. The easiest way is to find a USB cd drive, and reinstall your OS.

chriswolf I forgot one thing. You need to make sure whether there are some hardware drivers for XP. Such as sound card driver and video card driver. If not, you'd better get to use Vista.
