Zollynash I write stuff i need to do down then try to complete and tick off as I do so. And as someone suggested take a break and do something that you like doing with out being prompted to that will help in re-energizing you.

Zollynash By intentionally appreciating the season that I am in good or bad. Not always easy but worth reminding that life is a journey and just as journeys don't always go as planned, I should enjoy it.
