i heard on the news that eating peanut butter is not good for women who are pregnant. i had been eating it off and on. i was told that it has the nutrients it needed to nourish unborn children. i wish that i had known about it...

i have heard of some doing that. some do it with fly colors. i have also heard with others the minute the first pain of labor hits. they have a change of heart. they are screaming for pain medication.

i had surgery. i felt better donating my own blood. i had piece of mind. if u know that u are going to need to have surgery. do u feel safe using the blood from the bank at the hospital? do u feel safer donating your own blood...

how do u cope with heatwave weather?

i usually stay in. i turn up the ac. drink cold beverages. i eat lots of cold stuff like icecream, and popsicles. i relax. i avoid having to go out unless i really have to. if i do it will be in the afternoon when it cools off.
