I have tried it before and I went to the bathroom about 20 times, I was told by a teacher that we don't have to drink 8 glasses of water because we get water from the foods and beverages we intake. What do you think?

armstrong69 I have heard for years that eight glasses of water daily is the minimum necessary to keep healthy.we weight loss and health depend on it .Drink the mimimum and see clearer skin,better sleep,improved vision.Maybe experts also have some extrodinary reseach...

cliffcliff yes thanks, dont worry too much, I am always keeping a safe look out for tigers here... Do you know in California we have Mountain Lions that live naturally in the mountains here? I have not been to the zoo for a long while. There are other places to visit...
