Does having more RAM spped up a PC?

I don't know if it works out this way, but I have a lot of applications running on my PC. So does having more RAM speed up my PC or does it depend upon the number of applications that I have?

coolest3boy Ram does increase your pc speed up a little, but you should reduce your number of applications.

coolest3boy I find it a lot easy just to make the damn phone call and skip the text. One other reason for my dislike in text is i can't spell.

What part of winter do you like?

As much as I like to see snow, I don’t like to shovel. I like ice skating during the winter but only if it isn’t too cold. I like skiing in May... In general winter is not my favorite season. I want to move away...
