cw101101 Hey not to worry! I find it varies ... some mixes make 24, some mixes make way less. The ones with just egg whites vs whole eggs tend to make fewer I find. But anyway the ICING is always the best part so just put on lots and the shape of the cupcake underneath...

cw101101 I think honesty is the best policy here! Try to be positive as if you're not, it won't make a good impression. You can say you felt you needed new challenges and are looking for more business development than your old company was able to offer.
