danielsauceda don't give in to what he wants. Do your thing. If he behaves then do something he "enjoys" doing. Just be the boss you supply his food to survive I don't think it is difficult to teach respect.

danielsauceda It's all in the type of music you listen to. For instance, Mozart, Beethoven, and Chopin help me concentrate, while rush, Def Leppard, and Police help me unwind.

danielsauceda If internet is important to your money making prospects I would suggest getting an a high quality internet tower for your place of work. It's a bit big and sort of an eyesore but the connection speed is incredible.

danielsauceda Small colleges are difficult to appeal and succed because even if you do appeal they will have immese difficultly of providing any finacial aid. To appeal, go to the payments and billing office.
