darth_eletius If you are behind a router, you don't need to use a firewall on your computer. There might be issues in the router/wireless access point. Try resetting it if you have access.

darth_eletius Also, backing up your files and erasing your hard disk, then reinstalling Windows can help A LOT. I do this to all of my Windows systems at least every 2 years.

darth_eletius I have tested Windows 7 and yes, it is very good. However, Vista is relatively stable now, and I don't think it is necessary to wait for it to come out. Could be nice to get 7 pre-installed, though. Warning: the release date of 7 is not absolute.
