Healthy Crepes....is there such a thing

Has anyone had crepes made with buckwheat flour instead of all purpose flour. They would be considered gluten free and don`t taste any different. If you have any ideas or recipes you could pass then on.

What are your favorite toppings? I get ham and olives and mushrooms and most people think this sounds icky. The most original pizza I ever got had sour cream on it - amazing how good it was and probably went right to my waist!

deberooney We go to our library. They have an afternoon fun time where they get to do a craft and hear stories. I have taken them to the Micheals craft but we moved and have no Michaels now:( We do have a Home Depot kid clinic here.

deberooney FREECYCLE.....if you are not aq member of a local freecycle group google it and join. I bet you will have a pet within a week! I went on and adopted 2 guinea pigs a year ago and a kitty last month! Good luck!!

deberooney My favorite is either breakfast burritos (scrambled eggs,sausage,salsa and cheese in a tortilla) or skillet....that is fried potatoes with ham,cheese,mushrooms,onions,green peppers and eggs.....but usually I just have coffee and an english muffin!
