i've seen the first three episodes of prison break season 1 eons ago, and only last weekend have i finished seeing the season 1 dvd. when i began watching, i never stood up. i started 7pm and finished almost 8am the following day....

i don't know what to do anymore. i'm not fat nor am i thin. i'm just rightly built. but the thing is, it's just so hard to get rid of my belly that seems to be getting larger each time. i don't have time to join a fitness club...

diorcastillo well, at least i have time to walk. but sometimes just a short walk tires me already. i try hardest to climb up the stairs to the office everyday. its just the 3rd floor anyway. ^_^

diorcastillo unfortunately, i have had none of that. it's because of too much slouching perhaps. or too much eating and then sitting down at once.
