doniker thanks for your kind words. I do take Aleve...the bad thing is my insurance doesn't cover TMJ. I had to pay $750.00 cash the last time I was treated. I am currently out of work because of this TMJ. I was in such bad shape last summer I lost my job.

doniker I usually use heat the stop the muscle spasms. Cold can make the spasms worse. Thanks for the input.

Do you enjoy healthier versions of traditional treats such as Baked Ruffles, Baked Doritos or Baked Lays potato chips? They have a LOT less fat than the original versions and I think they are pretty good!

doniker I'm not defending Bush, but if he was such a "good buddy" with the oil companies wouldn't he try to make himself look good and have the prices be lower? Your comment makes no sense.
