dr_m4sh Upgrading system is not a matter of time but a matter of quality , the newer operating system is not necessarily the best ..for me i think vista was the worst windows ever and win7 is not superior to win xp sp2 .so i am still right there where i am NO UPGRADE...

dr_m4sh If you do this everyday you have to be careful especially with high calorie junk foods cos increase weight will be your least concern not to mention GIT Cardiovascular diseases....
