dreemsofdark this sounds like an infection. You need to go to a doctor to get antibiotics if it is really serious. otherwise STOP scratching it, clean the area and wrap it in clean gauze to keep the area for getting contaminated with other bacteria. good luck!

dreemsofdark I would drive an electric car if I had one. It's not any worse than a gas powered car and we can get energy, whereas our fuel will someday run out. I think that the future of cars are going to go beyond fuel and electricity one day.
