Been getting them moe often as I age. Tylenol or aspirin does the trick but never really had them before age 45 or so. They tend to happen when i get up from sleep and after dreaming. I can remember the dream for maybe 2-3 minutes...

DOUG SAWAN yeah, its not every day but I do get them more often than before I turned 45 or so. The tylenol does do its job. I do eat before I sleep but not for caffeine.

DOUG SAWAN if theres insurance involved it might help but ya gotta pay out of pocket too. I had to have root canals because of the infection I had and insurance does not cover all of it. Same with fillings.

DOUG SAWAN I have tea morning, noon and night. I think night is better in case ya forget to brush teeth and it does the job. lot of times i sleep and forget to brush but make tea before i sleep and it works

DOUG SAWAN I was in the hospital in 2020 for foot infection due to my diabetes. have permanent nerve damage in the feet as a result. But i remember they gave me coffee 3 times a day. Rehab to walk again was the same.

DOUG SAWAN well, the tea does do its job as I have no issues lately, but its important to keep my blood sugar down as i diabetic. The tea just helps when i start feeling pain and soothes the body a bit
