dungdn You can code PHP in Visual Studio with VS.php. Try this: http://www.jcxsoftware.com/vs.php but you must pay 99.99$ I'm using NetBean for PHP. It's free and easy to use.

dungdn I think $admin is a variable. PHP always use $ sign with the variable name. If you want a simple login application, you can use google to search with that key. This is an example return 333.000 results for that...
