dustinnikki We don't use a real tree and that's why it gets put up early. If we did, it would wait quite a bit closer to Christmas. I normally wait until after New Year to take it down but there were a couple of years it came down the next day.

dustinnikki I did send them an email after I tried the password thing to make sure I wasn't entering the wrong password causing the problem. I sent them an email and they thought that I deleted my account so somehow I hit the delete account button and didn't realize it....
