laith You got two choices either being fat but not healthy or skinny but healthy so even if you didn't like to be skinny at least you are healthy that is way more important than the look so i think you should start to feel good about how you look

ADHD might be the worst desease or disorder to face a srudent or someone who needs to stay concentrated even to the stuff he doesn't like , isn't there anyway to overcome ADHD without using medications or therapists ?, maybe some...

laith Ya I know still nothing is proved on both sides some say that sports (lots of it) can solve the problem i do belive in this method but only few peole can spend 5 hours a day aside of the effort to practice for like 3-5 hours a day
