enyrad Actually i also cant sleep. I spent hours in bed turning from side to side just to feel sleepy. Some said you can listen to soothing music and cold temperature room can also aid because it can make you relax. It might help a bit but still can't sleep well...

enyrad I'd rather use a sticker or glue stick when the envelope is not self-adhesive. Just be patient to run the glue stick over and over the envelope before you close...but sometimes you can't help but to lick the envelope when there's no glue stick available
