esjei05 yup, i know that. i would like to have as much vacation as i could but my problem is i'm not allowed to have vacations most of the time. my company will not allow it because there's too much work to do. but i do get a vacation every once in a while :)

esjei05 Thanks. Once you get in front of the computer it is sometimes hard to get off after 30 minutes that's why i usually stay longer. But i'll do my best to follow your advice, i think that will definitely help if i could limit the time i face my monitor
