ranjeetkolarkar You can try having banana and milk before going to bed. I gained weight through the same process. I am not sure whether it will work on every one, but am sure that it is a healthier way to gain weight rather than trying some weight gain pills or ghee.

reachravi i am also in a software job and am always in front of computers...even my eyes itch a lot and i keep rubbing them..offlate i have started washing my eyes with water(cold) and it helps a lot...i suggest you to do the same..it is indeed helpfule.you can also try...

magica My eyes hurt too, then more then here you dont just browse, you need to pay more attention. I wear glasses and my eyes are poor :-( It`s usefull to have a rest on every 30 minutes and to wash the face with cold water.

sunita64 Definately my eyes do hurt. Initially I joined I used to reply at least 50 discussions per day but now it has become difficult for me to post more than ten. In between mylot discussions take breaks like we get in tv serials then your eyes would be saved.
