Unfortunately, I cannot make chocolate chip cookies from scratch. Therefore, I use the premade mix you can buy at the grocery store from Betty Crocker, etc. I follow the instructions to the "T" and my cookies always come out...

Unfortunately, I do not know how to make chocolate chip cookies from scratch, but I do use the betty crocker chocolate chip cookie mix. I just add the wet ingredients. But, they always turn out cake-like and crunchy on the bottom....
