eubrown Thanks for the good advice. I agree totally with your suggestions. I've started exercising more. Right now I need to reduce swelling in my legs/ankles. Let me know if you have any advice on that as well.

I think High School age is better. That's what I'm doing now. 11-12th and college prep. I personally think not all but some of the school systems are not doing there job anymore. Tell me what you think.
