fatimaobien I also like ginseng tea but a little bit expensive. Black tea is okay as long as it is oolong black tea. It is gentler to my tummy. I agree with you. I have been to Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, and would hardly see chubby people: both young and old.
