What is the easy way to maintain a saltwater fish?

I like to start a set-up of saltwater fish in my new aquarium and I heard from other people that its hard to maintain saltwater fish, is this true? If not how can I maintain saltwater fish?

Hamster problem

I have a pair of golden hamsters and just a few weeks ago, the female gave birth to a six babies. My problem is none of the babies survive, because the mother bite or eat some of them. What could be the problem for such a behavior...
