fotojunkie I also use plain yogurt. Season the yogurt with cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, whatever you like. Coat the chicken with the yogurt mixture and cook the coated chicken in the oven. The yogurt helps to keep the juice in and it tastes great!
