foxwolf91 Some do it for looks, some do it for health reasons. I started running to see how it would affect my asthma, and it's something I like to do now. I also lift weights because afterwards I feel better, at least once the tiredness wears off a little bit.

foxwolf91 I aim for 8 hours, but I don't always get it. Sometimes it's because I stay up to late, then get up to early. It's a lot easier to get 7 hours than to get the 8 hrs I want, but I take what I can get.

foxwolf91 I prefer to sleep on my right side, it just feels the best and it seems to make it easier for me to fall asleep, but I also sleep on my back it just seems harder to fall asleep. My stomach makes it almost impossible for me to fall asleep.
