frank67 People are arrested for drinking and driving. It seems to be easier to get high and drive and get away with it. It still marrs your judgement.

frank67 I think it would just open up alot of bad stuff. It would be another thing that people could blame thier behavior on. It wasnt my fault , i was high. Do you hear what i'm saying?

frank67 Yes . What about the guy who kills someone with a gun that was drinking? Its the same thing. Its an accident but people have to be responsible for thier actions.

frank67 Yes i would say a two strike deal...If you dont learn the first time then you lose your lisence until you have been alcohol free for a few years. Alcoholism is a sickness. You cant drive if you are blind which would hinder your care behind the wheel. The same...

frank67 LoL..yep this was a few years ago..he also had to go to a course before he could get his lisence back..It did the trick in his case, but some people never learn.

frank67 I agree with zero tolerance. Here where i live a guy i know got caught and lost his lisence for a year Got a $980.00 fine. He doesnt drink and drive any more.
