froxen yeah it happens sometime. we all feel that we are not appreciated, the best thing you can do is leave your company and move to a company that pays enough to make u happy. no point in being a job where u are unhappy though u love the job.

froxen i think that the saying "we use 5% of our brain power" means that our brain is more capable of what we have currently used or are using.. that's what it signifies to me

froxen how about giving him an answer in the form of a riddle. let him figure out the answer on his own. let your answers raise more questions, this will discourage him from doing what he does now.
