funtimes i used to chat on faceparty.com which can have a range of people from all over the world, i met my partner off there we have been together now for 1 yr, all i can say is be careful and do meet up in local places until you really know them

funtimes Yes I had this problem aswell my boys are now 9 and 7, I asked my doctor this after I had my first son and he told me to really concentrate on pelvic floor muscles, so next time you rush off for your wee try and stop it mid flow just try this a few times a day...
