galileo2008 @rakski That's true. I don't think I'd be able to survive living abroad without him, especially during the pandemic. I'm always a cry baby and get too emotional overy petty things and he's been there to support me. Were in Vietnam.

galileo2008 It sure did. Life abroad is not always perfect and it always has its highs and lows. Being away from our family and visa-related issues start creeping in, but the positive aspects what keeps us going. Thank you for the comment.

galileo2008 Yeah, I should see a nutritionist or a medical expert for my hair condition. For sure, I lack some essential nutrients in my body which is why I have these effects. Thank you for your response.

galileo2008 Yes, everyone has their own set of beliefs and religions and I totally respect that. That's what make humans unique. My parents are devote Christians and they attend church and pray to God everyday. I also do that. I know I'm a very confusing human. Lol!

galileo2008 Thank you for your comment. Yes, it's a bit tricky to focus on manifesting things which I also experience most of the time. I can't get myself into focusing everyday and sometimes I tend to get too negative about things surrounding me. Best of luck!

galileo2008 I also incorporated water diet while on Keto. I mean I only took water for 5 days and did exercise. It was an amazing feeling. But now, I find it very hard to even start.
