I am an Indian with PCOS, living in EU. I have been experimenting on various diets and finally sticking to low carbohydrate, high protein, fruit and vegetable rich diet....that suits me well. Just curious to know what other guys...

genetech thanks for the suggestions. i will try if I can get the FUZE here. I have stopped eating rice which is my staple food, but sometimes I feel so exhausted and eat in once in three or four days.

guys! do you know that walking 10000 steps a day will not only keep obesity away but will also keep you real fit. so why dont you all try and keep yourselves fit?

genetech I too feel the same. Here in Europe, instead of shelling down around 60 euros a month on gym centres, its good to walk an hour or split into two 30 min walks and save the sum for something else. You will be fit and at the same time save some money by walking.

genetech thank you for the suggestions. i am too trying some yoga to get some relief from the symptoms and it seems to help a lot. its only one week since i started yoga, but its making a change. i will continue doing it.

genetech I live in the Europe and pizzas are so damn expensive here. I love them but I really have to count on the money before I buy one. The cheapest ones are about 5 euros adn they dont taste any good while the best ones cost anything between 7 to 15 euros.
