gilbertonahial i consider cakes as full of nutrients and good for our body, because of its ingredients for the milk you get lots of calcium and in the eggs, for the flour you get carbs, if you put fruits in cakes they will be more nutricious for the vitamins in fruits..

gilbertonahial my most favorite is "sunny side up" with my eggs just like you i prefer the yolk to be liquid. least fave, i guess i dont have because when it comes to egg i can eat it any way its cooked.
