girlwithapen It depends on the service...plain and simple. At times I have given up to 30% for phenomenal service AND asked for the manager to compliment. Bad serice usually gets a little less than 15%. HORRIBLE service usually ranks 10% and a talk to the manager....

girlwithapen I don't think of "old" in terms of a number... it's youthfulness that counts. Someone who is 80 can be hip and youthful to the point they couldn't possibly be considered old. In the same respect, someone who is 28...doesn't do much but sit at home, doesn't...
