gotmeng on average ... 5 to 6 hours a day .. then sometimes there are another 2 to 3 hours of napping .. then at least once a week .. theres the 10 or more hours sleep .. perhaps once in a few months there would be a 20 or more hours sleep ..

Chicken, Beef, or Pork?

Do you have a preference? I eat more beef than anything else. I have been trying to cook chicken because it is healthier. Unless I am cooking a ham, we rarely have pork. Pork chops just aren't my thing.
