I have personally used Registry Cleaner, Advance System Optimizer and Registry Mechanics, Auslogic Disk Defrag. Non worked the way I wanted them to be. Infact, the Defraggers and cleaners came with the Vista system worked better...

Guanyu135 Try to use Camtasia Studio 6, easy to work with. It can not just capture ur audio, but also capture the screen as well. Or u can input/record another audio file to replace the original one came with the video
